Las Inteligencias Múltiples en Educación Física y juegos extraescolares

Resumen

El presente trabajo de revisión sistemática analiza las relaciones entre la participación deportiva y juegos extraescolares y las Inteligencias Múltiples (IM) de Howard Gardner en niños en edad escolar. Tras la elección de una palabra clave, selección de bases de datos para la búsqueda de información y el cribado y análisis de la documentación seleccionada, se pudo concluir que la participación en los deportes escolares contribuye al desarrollo de diferentes tipos de inteligencia específicos. Las mujeres entre 18 y 25 años se ven mayoritariamente desarrollada la inteligencia lingüística, y la visual. Y en hombres entre 18 y 25 inteligencia lógica, la inteligencia corporal-kinestésica e inteligencia interpersonal-social. En el caso de la inteligencia corporal- kinestésica, ambos grupos se ven favorecidos en su desarrollo, sobre todo en edades más jóvenes, menores de 18 años.
