Abstract

The Crusaders and Leinster revolutionized modern rugby with their lethal transition from defense to attack. By turning turnovers into counter-attacks in under 5 seconds, these teams dominated tournaments such as Super Rugby and the Champions Cup. With averages exceeding 25 points and 3 tries per game, their success stemmed from their mental speed and relentless support throughout the 80 minutes, wearing down opposing defenses during critical phases of the season.
