Abstract

It explores in depth the titans of volleyball who have not only conquered the world stage, but have also transformed the way the game is played. Over the last few decades, the Soviets, Americans, Brazilians, Italians, Polish and Chinese, along with the Cuban women, have dominated volleyball events and turned it into a spectacle of global interest.
