Abstract

Poker as an intellectual sport requires participants to have a deep knowledge in mathematics, psychology, and strategy. The importance of strategic planning, probabilistic analysis, bankroll management, and emotional stability for success in the game are highlighted. Emotional control and the ability to interpret opponents are crucial.
